The BOSK Gluten-Free Standard is intended for hoteliers and caterers, and it provides practical knowledge about the preparation of food and the serving of gluten-free dishes. It is based on scientifically proven and globally accepted food safety protocols, based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles, good manufacturing practice (GMP) and good hygienic practice (GHP).
