Through an independent online survey, both hotels recorded Net Promoter Scores of +70 or above for the twelve months to June 2012. Net Promoter is based on likelihood to recommend, so is a measure of customer satisfaction that takes into account the effect of service on reputation, word of mouth and future business prospects.
