Head Chef Walter Ishizuka of the award-winning French restaurant Brasserie Joël, located at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, has designed a lavish menu packed with aphrodisiacs to lure in couples this Valentine's Day.
Chosen for their sensual qualities, texture, colour and libido enhancing compounds, elements in each course include ingredients to get diners in the mood for love.
Set the tone with the smoked salmon starter, a natural aphrodisiac proven to release the serotonins and elevate the mood. The mignon pork fillet, enhanced with stimulating ginger will be sure to ignite the senses while a perfectly seductive strawberry parfait or a truly indulgent chocolate mi-cuit will round off the meal nicely. The chemical found in the latter is known to contain the stimulant released in the brain when people fall in love. Who knows where the night will end…
