Featuring only the finest locally sourced grilled meats, craft beers and cocktails, OAKS is a restaurant and bar located in the heart of Nottingham.
The distinctive menu features locally produced Nottinghamshire sausages and meats cooked over wood embers, drawing out a distinct smoky flavour sure to please the most discriminating eater in your party.
OAKS sausages are locally made by Tuxford Butchers in Netherfield, and the ales are from Castle Rock Brewery in Nottingham and other British microbreweries.
For a special sweet treat, indulge in the apple tarte tatin with toffee apple ice cream. Our chefs prepare the tarte with Bramley apples, which originated in Nottinghamshire. The wood to fire the grill is also locally supplied by the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust.
For a savoury start to your meal, sample the pork crackling, continue with a signature sausage–choose from pork, lamb, beef or wild boar, all freshly made by Tuxford Butchers–and finish off with a Black Sheep ale.
For guests seeking a unique dining experience, OAKS now offers an outdoor terrace, providing guests with a calm and relaxing setting to enjoy dinner or drinks.
