London, May 2018: Right on cue to embrace the arrival of summer, Florentine Restaurant & Bar, located just off the buzzing Southbank near Waterloo, has teamed up with award-winning English winemaker, Chapel Down, to host a series of must-visit pop-up rooftop bar nights across the summer.
Introducing A Curious Corner by Florentine – the latest addition to London’s sky-high alfresco hangouts. Launching officially on 26th May and open on key dates across the summer, the terrace serves up Insta-worthy views of London’s skyline.
Featuring an Ibiza-style lounge area complete with loungy cushions and mood-enchanced lighting; the pop up bar will serve a variety of Chapel Down sparkling and still wines, Curious Apple Cider and Curious Brew Lager (both also by Chapel Down) as well as Florentine’s summer menu of Oysters, freshly-made salads and grilled dishes. A programme of DJs is also lined up to feature for the ultimate kick-back as the sun goes down.
Each different opening date will have a different theme, to be unveiled. The terrace will be open on the following dates*:
26th May – Seaside on the Roof
16th June – Ibiza Chill Out
14th July – BBQ and Beats
25th August – BBQ and Beats
Open from 2pm – 10pm on the above dates, weather depending.
