New launch of Employer Branding and Team Value Proposition

May 2017 – The contemporary upper and upper upscale hotel brand Park Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, currently operating in the United Kingdom, Germany, Croatia and the Netherlands by PPHE Hotel Group, has unveiled its new Employer Branding and Team Value Proposition as it expands its portfolio by nearly 900 rooms in London and embarks on major renovation projects across the Netherlands. The success of these significant multi-million pound investments depends on the ability to attract over 300 new roles while retaining and developing the best talent across the business.

Aligned to Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts’ workforce planning strategy, the Team Value Proposition has been developed following specialist internal focus groups.  Driving the three tailored brand pillars of Passion, Potential and Personal, the proposition is a key driver for retention and attraction and underpins the Company’s objective of ‘striving to achieve our growth potential’. #UpliftingMoments will be the creative social engagement tool for encouraging team members to show individuality and passion within the contemporary brand.

Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts’ expansion over a 12 month period kicked off with the opening of Park Plaza Nuremberg in September 2016 and moves onto London in 2017 as it welcomes two new hotel openings and two major renovation projects in which positions the contemporary brand as one of the largest upper and upper upscale brands in London.  Park Plaza London Waterloo, positioned as a sanctuary for those seeking a London adventure will be closely followed by Park Plaza London Park Royal which is located within one of London’s largest business hubs and has convenient quality at its core.
