Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London joins its sister hotels by appointing Rooster PR.
London, 8 April 2011 - Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London has appointed Rooster PR, becoming the sixth and final Park Plaza London property to take on the travel and lifestyle PR specialists.
Located in the heart of the South Bank at the foot of Westminster Bridge, the contemporary new hotel has briefed the agency to focus on boosting bookings for meetings, conferences and events.
“We are one year on from launching and need an agency which can maximise the hotel’s opening publicity and further raise its profile in both the consumer and MICE press,” says Laurence Markham, Park Plaza’s Marketing Director for UK & Ireland.
Rooster PR’s Managing Director, James Brooke, says: “We have a great relationship with Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts and are thrilled to bring the final London property into the fold.
“With some of the best views of London and arguably the capital’s most flexible meeting space, the hotel is an exciting prospect to PR and a welcome addition to our client list.”
Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is only steps from the city’s most iconic attractions including the London Eye, London Aquarium and Royal Festival Hall. Spacious guest rooms, which include 54 suites and penthouses, provide a host of boutique touches alongside thoughtful amenities. Distinctive dining options include Brasserie Joël created by renowned Chef Joël Antunes, Ichi Sushi and Sashimi Bar, espressamente illy coffee bar and for cocktails, the stylish Primo Bar. The new Balinese-inspired Mandara Spa offers a full complement of relaxing treatments including facials by Elemis and nail services and waxing by Bliss. In addition to its 1,200 square-metre, pillar-free Westminster Ballroom and 31 additional meeting rooms, the hotel features an Atrium Executive Lounge, Wi-Fi throughout, and a fitness centre complete with 15-metre swimming pool.
