The venue is stunning and hard to beat in terms of value for money and locality. The Thames suite offers the perfect venue for a grand drinks reception and the ballroom is perfect for up to 400 hundred guests. The room lends itself perfectly for hosting with excellent audio and visual facilities already in place. The staff at the hotel have always been extremely polite and willing to help to overcome any issues that have ever arisen whilst trying to organise a big event.I would recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment that we decided to hold our conference at the Park Plaza Victoria, everything ran smoothly. The planning process from deciding which rooms to book and signing the contract was made easy by Rebecca Norton. She was also happy to take visits from our team to decide which spaces would best suit our conference’s needs. After the contract was signed, the planning was handed over to Janelle Keech who also made the entire planning and execution of the conference so easy and just what we wanted. Janelle responded to all communications quickly and made every concern and worry we had disappear, both in the planning process and on the day itself. We felt confident that every detail was covered before the conference began thanks to Janelle’s expertise and delegation of duties to her staff at the Park Plaza Victoria. As with many conferences, some demands and last-minute issues arose on the day and Janelle and her team were there from the early morning to support us as those appeared. We could not have asked for a better dream team in conference support and organisation. We cannot recommend the space, services and staff of the Park Plaza Victoria enough.

Vanessa Fullager, Events Manager | Paralympics GB On 13th, 14th and 15th July 2012 the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hosted the London 2012 ParalympicsGB team. The main purpose of the weekend was for the athletes and the wider team to collect their kit for the Games, attend a gala dinner and attend the team photo. The whole team stayed in the hotel and had a specific area set up for them to collect their kit and have any necessary alterations done.
The team at the Park Plaza hotel were a pleasure to work with, both pre event and during the event. The information we received and the help we were given really contributed to making the event a huge success. Some elements of the weekend were relatively complicated, such as the rooming list given our accessibility requirements, but the teams coped with this superbly and made the whole process very smooth. Particular highlights for the team were the standard of the food available and the quality of the bedrooms.
All in all, it was an incredibly successful weekend for ParalympicsGB, and the staff and facilities at the Park Plaza played a huge part in this, for which I am incredibly grateful.
Karen Hanks, Director | Corporate Venue Solutions Ltd We were delighted to be asked to be local organiser partners for ERUS 2012, an event of over 600 delegates, involving the most senior professionals in the European and global urological community. The conference involved the presentation of the most current innovations in robotic surgery with live case transmissions.
The venue was initially selected from several for its capacity to accommodate the entire group and the great configuration possibilities over 2 floors of secure conference and exhibition space.
Given the very demanding technical and logistical requirements, we had to select a venue which was capable of hosting such an event, in as seamless a fashion as possible. We were extremely impressed with the event management skills of Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. Before and after contract we arranged several committee and organiser meetings on–site to communicate what was important to us. We worked in advance of the event with all of the Park Plaza management team involved with ERUS 2012.They understood the demands of the conference before the event and were meticulous in planning with us.
The result was an extraordinarily smoothly run event. We met all of the operations team in a pre-conference meeting and every single member of the team was on hand to help with any request. Anything we required was dealt with swiftly - we never had to ask twice for anything.
The standards of catering were extremely good, with a huge variety of food presentations over 4 days and always served with pleasure. We also hosted a lovely Cocktail reception for the Blue September Charity and you adapted to our theme, with lighting and presentation of blue cocktails.
The location was a big success also, with delegates able to walk outside to the wonderful sightseeing opportunties around Westminster. Another great thing about the location, was the proximity to Waterloo Pier, which meant that we could easily transfer delegates by riverboat to our Gala Dinner at the stunning Royal Naval College Greenwich.
At the end of the conference, the consensus was absolutely that we had hosted ERUS 2012 at the very best venue.

I find the booking process very straight forward once I have sent over my enquiry they always come back to me if not straight away then within 24 hours and if there is going to be a delay they tells me. The quotation comes over in a very easy format to read and understand - once I confirm everything the contract is sent over I sign and then get notification that everything has been received.After the event I receive through the detailed bill along with my receipts - I find this one of the easiest properties to deal with and the staff is always very helpful and friendly which makes my life much easier!!
My clients really like the hotel as the meeting space is good, they can park on site so for the attendees who live locally this is a plus and of course good access for the airport.
