How do I cancel or change a reservation online? Will I have access to reservations made through the 800 number?
You may confirm, modify or cancel a reservation online by selecting Change a Reservation. Because ParkPlaza.com is connected to our Central Reservation System, you will have access to all of your reservations as well as your account history, regardless of how you booked the reservation. However, you must create a guest account, designating a guest name and password, to view your reservation. Your account history will be viewable online within 24 hours of establishing a ParkPlaza.com guest account.
