The hotel’s convenient “layered” meeting space, located on three consecutive conference floors with dedicated lifts and stairs, allows conference guests to quickly and easily move from one meeting room to another. Organising your conference is easy with private access via the dedicated conference entrance and separate lift access on all floors, including a separate heavy load goods lift.

All conference space has built-in technology including screens, rigging points, intelligent lighting systems including pin spot lighting and projectors in the ceilings. Our in house audio-visual partners, AVC Productions Limited, work alongside our team to provide a totally integrated event solution.

Whether your conference is an annual general meeting, a product launch, an exhibition or employee training conference on London's South Bank, you can choose from pillar free suites including the Westminster Ballroom, Park and Plaza Suites from 30 to 1,400 delegates theatre-style. A number of syndicate rooms can be reserved for break out sessions or refreshment breaks. 24 hour delegates rates are available for residential conferences. 

Catering can be provided in foyer areas of syndicate rooms, with a range of innovative lunch and dinner menus available within your delegate package.
