This Central London meeting facility is perfectly suited to conferences with purpose built function rooms on four separate floors and spacious foyers and cloakrooms. Organising your conference is easy with private access via the dedicated conference entrance and separate lift access on all floors, including a separate heavy load goods lift to the rear of the hotel. 

The dramatic Thames Suite provides conference facilities with spectacular views of the River Thames, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament, and can host theatre-style events of up to 310 delegates or 160 cabaret-style. The contemporary Ballroom, with its sophisticated lighting system and ceiling height of 5 metres can cater for up to 650 delegates theatre style or can be broken down into separate rooms for 300 delegates each. Similarly, the Plaza Suite beneath can be configured into a number of room set ups from 40 to 550 delegates for cabaret or theatre set-up, making Plaza on the River also ideal for training events, product launches and exhibitions. A number of syndicate rooms are available for break out sessions or refreshment breaks. 24 hour delegates rates are available for residential conferences.

Technological requirements are well catered for with state-of-the-art in-built technology including rigging points, projectors, screens and audiovisual systems. Our on-site experienced audio-visual team can provide equipment hire and IT assistance, and delegates receive complimentary WiFi access. Catering can be provided in foyer areas of syndicate rooms, with a range of lunch and dinner menus available within your delegate package.
