This London Eye hotel boasts the sleek Spectrum Restaurant, suspended on the Mezzanine level and set under the spectacular 14-storey atrium. The all-day Spectrum Bar basks in daylight from the stunning glass front and offers tables outside for city alfresco dining. The bar serves a hearty breakfast in the morning, coffee during the day and lunchtime favourites. In the evenings, Spectrum Bar transforms into a stylish after work cocktail bar or a romantic rendezvous destination.

The Spectrum Restaurant is a contemporary British dining concept where the myriad of colours from the hotel's atrium blends perfectly with the wide selection of fine, locally sourced ingredients, creating a high-quality, wholesome menu full of old favourites and quirky, mouthwatering dishes.

Home-Cooked Thursdays at Spectrum Restaurant
Park Plaza County Hall has introduced their Home-Cooked Menu at the award-winning Spectrum Restaurant. The eight dishes include all-time favourites - Sausage, Mash & Onion Gravy, Shepherd's Pie and Lamb Shank. This menu is available 5.30pm - 10.30pm every Thursday.
