Dinner Theater, casino and shopping too. (This package does not include the transportation/bus.)

Arrive 1pm (Wed. Thurs or Sunday) at the Dells Broadway Dinner Theater for a 1:30 Matinee Show. Proceed to the Park Plaza Baraboo for a 6pm check-in. Our shuttle to the casino is available upon request. Then enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast at the hotel from 6AM to 9:30am. With our 11am check-out you can travel on to the Tanger Shopping Mall for a departure by 2:30pm.

$77.50 per person / double occupancy including tax and tip (minimum of 15).

Group Tour Policies

General Information:

• A minimum of 15 rooms is required to qualify for group rates
• Room rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $5
• Check-In is 4 PM, Check-Out is 11 AM. Early arrival must be scheduled
• A Complimentary Continental Breakfast is provided each morning for your group

Welcome Reception:
A Welcome Reception is provided for your group upon arrival. A Hotel Representative will be on hand to welcome guests and answer any questions your group might have. A snack will also be provided as guests check into their rooms.

Baggage Handling:
Baggage Handling is provided at $2 per person, round trip.

Complimentary Rooms:
1 Complimentary room is provided with every 15 paid rooms.

Complimentary Meals:
A complimentary meal is provided to the Driver and Tour Director on all contracted meals at Glacier Rock or the Park Plaza Convention Center.

Driver Policy The Driver will receive 50% OFF the regular room rate.

Reservation Policy:

• A $100 Deposit and signed contract must be returned within 14 days of contract date
• A $500 Deposit is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival
• The remaining balance is due upon arrival

Cancellation Policy:

To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellation must be 25 days prior to your arrival date.
