Package A:
For group bookings with a minimum of 25 or more room nights booked with a full day meeting package, delegates can enjoy free in-room Internet, daily breakfast, two refreshments breaks, double Gold Points® for planners and choice of two of the following perks.

• Upgraded lunch menu from working lunch to a seated lunch

• Day Delegate Package: RMB328+15% per person
• Residential Conference Package: RMB578+15% per person

Terms and Conditions:

• For new business contracted between 14 June and 31 August 2010, paid and consumed by 30 September 2010
• Offer is valid for group bookings of 25 or more room nights and delegate meeting package combined
• Conference packages includes the meeting room rental, two coffee/tea breaks, lunch, flip chart and basic audio visual equipment (may vary by hotel)
• Maximum of two rooms are eligible for an upgrade to a club/executive room with full benefits
• For every 25 or more booked materialized room nights, one complimentary room night will be provided to the organiser
• Complimentary room night(s) is on a room-only basis at the same category as the group booking and does not include breakfast or any charges incidental to the room
• Complimentary day use of an LCD projector per booking for an eight hour period (9am-5pm)
• Complimentary one hour cocktail party includes a choice of three canapés and standard drinks/dry snacks
• Third party professional conference organizers are not eligible to accumulate points with goldpoints plus for planners program if 10% commission is being paid
• If the room nights fall short of the minimum requirement on the day of the meeting, the organizer will be required to top up the difference to enjoy the offers
• Members of goldpoints plus^sm program are eligible to earn base gold points or airline miles if the members pay for his/her own residential meeting package including overnight accommodation
• Additional incidental charges not included in the package (such as tax, service charges, room service, telephone bill) may apply
• Offer is subject to availability and other terms and conditions may be imposed by individual participating hotels
• Cancellation policies of individual participating hotels apply
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or offers, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products
