Coffee Break: Morning: coffee, tea, ice coffee, ice tea and cookies Afternoon: coffee, tea, ice coffee, ice tea and fresh fruit
Lunch: Chinese set lunch or buffet lunch
Buffet (minimum of 50 people required)
Coca Cola, Sprite or tea during the meal (for 2 hours)
Half-Day Meeting Package RMB238 15% per person
Use of the meeting room

Ice water and tea during meeting
Coffee Break: coffee, tea and cookies or coffee, tea and fruit (one time/per person)
Lunch: Chinese set lunch or buffet lunch

Meeting Package Conditions:
Meeting packages are subject to a minimum of 50 persons.
Hotel will choose appropriate meeting room according to attendees and has the right to change the venue in the event of a change in the number of the attendees.
Full day package is for a maximum of 8 hours (8am-5pm)
Half-day package is for a maximum of 4 hours (8am-noon or 1pm-5pm)
If the meeting goes over the scheduled time, additional charges may apply.

Superior Room at RMB610 15% per night (single occupancy and minimum guaranteed accommodation of 10 rooms per night)
Rate includes one daily buffet breakfast
Additional RMB85 15% charged for double occupancy
