Once you've booked your event you will work closely with Lindsay, our Catering Manager. She will personally help you coordinate, plan, design and execute every detail of your event. Barbara Gibis, our Sales Manager, will handle all of your guest room needs.

Park Plaza offers the following meeting space:

• 4,000 square foot ballroom
• 6,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space
• Eight total meeting rooms with banquet seating for up to 330 and receptions for up to 400

For added convenience, the Park Plaza Hotel Bloomington, MN offers the following meeting and event services:

• 24-hour fax and copy services
• Certified meeting managers
• Complete banquet and catering services manager
• Mail and package service
• State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment services
• Wedding coordinators
• Wireless and wired Internet access (complimentary)

Off-site Catering:
Book your next event with our catering staff, and we will bring the food to you. There is a 10-person minimum, 24-hour notice and five-mile maximum on the orders.
