• Meeting packages are subject to a minimum of 50 persons.
• Hotel will choose appropriate meeting room according to attendees and has the right to change the venue in the event of a change in the number of the attendees.
• Full day package is for a maximum of 8 hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.)
• Half-day package is for a maximum of 4 hours (8 a.m.–noon or 1–5 p.m.)
• If the meeting goes over the scheduled time, additional charges may apply.
